He’s Just Not That Into You – Greg Behrendt

I am not be judged for reading this type of books.

So! Because at the moment I have unfortunately started reading some really complicated books, I decided to sink for a day into a cute, fun, easy-to-understand book that I found in my house. That happened to be Behrendt’s #1 New York Times Bestseller, “He’s Just Not That Into You : The No-Excuses Truth to Understanding Guys”. The title is a handful, and I’m too young to even consider half the things that go on in the books, but it was quite humorous.

There are two people that give advice in this book – Greg himself and a woman, Liz Tuccillo, that answer letters and questions that come from women that have been deceived or are being deceived at the moment by their husband-to-be. Some of them have really horrible relationships and they ask themselves if it’s fine to be treated like shit by men just because this or because that.. It’s stupid. But the answers to these letters, usually sent by Greg, are hilarious. He doesn’t have the best jokes ever, but he knows how to lay a funny thing on paper so that you’ll at least giggle a bit.

Here are a few excerpts of the book :

If he has a problem with anything in your relationship, he’s supposed to talk to you about it, not put-his-penis-in-a-strange-vagina about it ”

If I’m really into somebody, I want to put itin them. And then take it out. And then put it back in them later.

“Busy” is another word for “asshole”. “Asshole” is another word for the guy you´re dating.

Man thinking: me is a man, man hunt you women.

3 stars, in the end. I liked it. Sue me.
